Logo Requirements
Your images, artwork and logo provide immediate recognition of your
brand name. As they are perhaps the most important identifiers for your
business, we suggest that you send in the highest quality artwork
possible.
Preferred Format
To ensure a quality representation of your artwork, please use the following specifications:
- Recommended: Adobe Illustrator EPS, with fonts converted to outlines
- Acceptable: Adobe Photoshop TIFF or JPG
- CMYK
- 8-bit color, 300 dpi
- PC format preferred over Macintosh format
We
automatically convert color artwork into black-and-white for our
publications. If your artwork requires specific grayscales or
gradients, please send us a black-and-white version as well.
Submission
Email your artwork(s) as an attachment to [email protected].
Alternatively, you may enclose it on a CD-ROM to: Source Book
Publications, 1814 Franklin Street, Suite 440, Oakland, CA 94612.
As files sent through email run the risk of
being stripped of vital code and becoming corrupted, please remember to compress
your files with a compression program -- we prefer .zip files.

We cannot
use your artwork in the following formats:
- Black & white photocopies
- Logos that are part of a word processing document, such as MS Word or Wordperfect
- Image lifted off of a webpage
