On-going Expenses

Bojangles’ franchisees pay royalty fees equal to 4% of monthly gross sales, a marketing development fund fee equal to 1% of monthly gross sales and required local marketing expenditures equal to 3% of monthly gross sales and/or cooperative advertising expenditures which can be credited against local marketing requirements.
