Investment
Required
The
fee for a Homewatch CareGivers franchise is $35,000 for a typical
territory. The fee is increased for
proposed territories containing more than 35,000 persons age 65 and older. Homewatch CareGivers offers financing for
existing franchisees who wish to expand their territory or purchase a second
territory. Homewatch
CareGivers provides the following range of investments required to open your
initial franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To
the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your
front-end investment could be substantially reduced.

CareGivers franchisees pay royalty fees equal to 5% of monthly gross billings
on non-Medicaid Clients (2% for Medicaid gross billings), a national marketing
fee equal to 1% of monthly gross billings and annual required local
promotion/marketing expenditures equal to a minimum of 4% of gross
billings. Other fees payable by the
franchisee include monthly software fees, email service and technical
