Required
The
fee for a Maids franchise is $10,000, plus an initial territory fee of $0.95
for each potential customer in the Designated Market Area. The Maids may offer
financing to qualified prospective franchisees for up to 75% of the initial
franchise fee. The
Maids Home Services provides the following range of investments required to
open your initial franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in
cash. To the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your
front-end investment could be substantially reduced. On-going
Expenses
The
Maids franchisees pay royalty fees ranging from 3.9 to 6.9% of gross revenues
(2.4% to 6.9% for conversions), advertising fees equal to 2% of gross revenues (0.5
to 2% for conversions) and required local advertising expenditures equal to
$1.20-$1.80 per potential customer, per year. Additional fees payable by the
franchisee include a national convention registration fee and an annual
