Investment Required
The fee for a Burger King franchise is $50,000.

Burger King provides the following range of investments required to open your initial franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your front-end investment could be substantially reduced.

Burger King offers a variety of restaurant facility configurations that vary in initial investment. The following set of figures is for a free-standing ROC 40/60 facility that seats approximately 40-60 and sits on a half acre of land.

 

On-Going Expenses
Burger King franchisees pay a royalty fee equal to 4.5% of monthly gross revenues and advertising fees equal to 4% of monthly gross revenues.

A trained restaurant team is critical to any new restaurant�s operational success. Before any new restaurant can open, all managers have to be certified.
