Franchisees work with CEOs, presidents and owners to improve their businesses� performances and thus to enhance their quality of life. Members pay an annual fee and meet every month to take part in a peer advisory board process. This Monthly Forum Meeting connects 8-14 executives from similarly sized, non-competing companies, allowing them to discuss the opportunities and challenges facing them and exchange experiences and expertise. These monthly meetings are divided into three components: education, a focused executive review and a roundtable peer review. Specialized annual and quarterly sessions take place to generate feedback, evaluate progress and develop strategies.
