The initial fee to purchase a Dime Bar franchise is $40,000. Dime Bar provides the following range of investments required to open your initial franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your front-end investment could be substantially reduced.

Dime Bar franchisees are responsible for a weekly royalty fee of 5% of gross sales and a weekly marketing fee of 1% of gross sales. Other fees include a monthly inventory fee of $9,000 to $15,000.
Dime Bar provides training for up to three people with a mandatory attendance of your general manager. Classroom training will be 25 hours total and on-the-job training will be 55 hours total. All training will be held in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota metro area. Topics covered will include store operations, tour of stores, marketing, and tour of competitors' stores. Dime Bar will continue to offer ongoing advice and guidance regarding the daily operations of the franchise, as well as offer additional training when needed.
