Action International is a business training and coaching program geared toward owners of small and medium-sized businesses who, as they expand, need assistance becoming more competitive. Through uniquely designed business methodologies, Action International teaches them how to improve their operations, offering expertise in lead generation, prospect client conversion and increasing interaction with clients.
 
A potential market of more than 5.7 million small business owners exists in the United States alone. Many of these owners want more than survival�they want to succeed. But many lack the sales, marketing and management tools to make this possible. Each Action International Business Coach spends a full 12 months mentoring a business and helping its operators achieve specific goals, in addition to increasing overall revenues and efficiency. Action International was founded in 1993 and has grown steadily ever since, attesting to the potential of an industry that is still largely untapped.

 

Investment Required
The fee is $50,000 for a Primary Licensed Consultant franchise; the fee is $30,000 for an Associate Licensed Consultant franchise. Franchisees designated as a Primary Licensed Consultant have additional income opportunities but require approval and a minimum of one year�s operation as an Associate Licensed Consultant to conduct business. Fees and total investment estimates differ for each designation.

Action International provides the following range of investments required to open your initial franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your front-end investment could be substantially reduced.

 

On-Going Expenses
Action International franchisees designated as Primary Licensed Consultants pay royalties equaling $1,500 per month; Associate Licensed Consultants pay $1,000 per month. Marketing and advertising production fees equal 5% of Gross Revenues. Additional fees include facility and speaker fees at seminars and the cost of Action International products.

What You Get�Training and Support
Ten days of exhaustive training covers all facets of becoming an Action International franchisee. Experts are flown in from around the world to manage sessions. Franchisees are instructed on everything they will be doing as a Business Coach, as well as how to market their franchise and obtain clients. They will also learn how to recognize problems in businesses, how to develop solutions and how to best mentor the client in implementing the strategies.

Franchisees receive ongoing support and access to the recommendations of more than 700 other franchisees and will take part in biweekly conference calls with other coaches and a Master Franchisee. In addition, the experience gained in operating an Action International franchise helps franchisees coach their clientele, other business owners who would prefer learning from men and women who have run their own business.
