Kinderdance International

Kinderdance blends dance, gymnastics, physical education and academics into an innovative learning program for children between the ages of 2 and 8. The combination of these disciplines means that parents no longer need to enroll their children in multiple activities. Through Kinderdance programs, children learn creative movement, ballet, tap, gymnastics and mod-ern dance skills, in addition to colors, numbers, shapes, words and songs.

They develop physical, verbal and social skills and imagination an early foundation for higher education. Kinderdance teaches children to love learning by associating it with movement, music, dance and fun.

Along with the standard Kinderdance program for pre-schoolers, the following specialized programs are offered: Kindertots for two-year olds; Kindergym, which emphasizes gymnastics, and Kindercombo, which introduces children between the ages of 6 and 8 to beginning dance techniques.

Franchisees can teach all of the Kinderdance programs themselves or complete training to manage a team of instructors. Franchisees work out of their own home and take their services straight to the day-care centers, preschools, YMCAs, churches and community centers where Kinderdance programs are most in demand.

What You GetTraining and Support
Kinderdance franchisees receive six days of training at corporate headquarters, which includes classroom sessions, video instruction, individual meetings and on-site participation with children. Instruction covers all necessary aspects of running a Kinderdance franchise, as well as how to teach all of the Kinderdance programs. Each program has its own written curriculum and video instructional tapes.

Franchisees are not required to invest in real estate, meaning that the total investment is minimal and they can open up their businesses within a few weeks of completing initial training. Franchisees receive continuing support from annual education conferences, quarterly informational newsletters, an operations manual, a toll-free hotline, discounted insurance rates and more. Kinderdance also provides an initial supply of brochures, posters, promotional letters and other forms of advertising support, as well as sales agreements, order forms, a bookkeeping and accounting system and a billing system.

Territory
Kinderdance only grants exclusive territories to Gold franchisees.
