Investment Required
The fee for a Spherion franchise is $10,000.

Spherion provides the following range of investments required to open your initial license. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your front-end investment could be substantially reduced.

 

On-Going Expenses
Spherion franchisees pay a monthly commission split equal to 25% of gross profit dollars (the rate declines as sales grow), and a national advertising fee equal to 0.25% of sales.
