Friendly�s Restaurants become an integral community meeting place where everyone is welcome. With smart marketing messages such as the award-winning �You & me & Friendly�s� ad campaign, Friendly�s is an attractive concept poised for growth. It enjoys more than 90% brand awareness, and continues to expand its customer base by revitalizing restaurants and adding new products.

 

Investment Required
The fee for an initial Friendly�s franchise is $35,000 for the first two restaurants and $30,000 for any thereafter.

Friendly�s provides the following range of investments required to open your initial franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your front-end investment could be substantially reduced.

 

On-Going Expenses
The franchisee pays an ongoing royalty fee equal to 4% of net sales and a marketing fund fee equal to 3%.

What You Get�Training and Support
Friendly�s franchisees receiving the following support: site evaluation and selection assistance, construction planning and development guidance, product purchasing programs, ongoing support in operations and product research/development, staff training resources, reliable marketing and advertising strategies and a cost-efficient distribution system.

Territory
Friendly�s Franchise Agreements do not grant exclusive territories. Friendly�s Development Agreements grant territories with limited exclusivity.
