business centers located throughout the U.S. and in nine other countries. AlphaGraphics
business centers offer complete visual communications solutions. Moreover,
trained and experienced AlphaGraphics team members provide expert consultation
for every element of a communication project, including design, copying,
printing, digital archiving, finishing, mailing services, oversized printing
and promotional items.
Investment
Required
The
fee for an AlphaGraphics franchise ranges from $10,000 to $35,000. AlphaGraphics
provides the following range of investments required to open your initial
franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To the extent
that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your front-end
investment could be substantially reduced.
On-going Expenses
AlphaGraphics
franchisees pay royalties ranging from 1.5 to 8% of gross sales, local
marketing fees ranging from 1 to 2% of gross sales, and AlphaGraphics Integrated
Marketing (AIM) fees equal to 2.5% of gross sales. Other annual fees include an ISO surveillance
fee of $1,000, software and network maintenance fees of $1,150, and a
conference registration fee of $545 per attendant. What You Get—Training
and Support Franchisees
undergo an intensive 4-week training program at corporate headquarters in Salt
Lake City, UT. No prior print-making experience is necessary; the training
program teaches franchisees everything they need to know to be successful in
the print-making industry. During the training session, franchisees are
familiarized with AlphaGraphics Integrated Marketing (AIM) – an exclusive,
comprehensive, relationship-based sales and marketing program that focuses on
developing and retaining clients. In addition, franchisees are introduced to
the AlphaGraphics Key Accounts Program, designed to help regional, national and
international companies plan, coordinate and implement a custom business
communications system, thus taking advantage of the entire AlphaGraphics global
network. Ongoing
training is held year-round through regional seminars, audio, video, Web and
computer-based instruction and one-on-one, on-site visits from AlphaGraphics’
trained and experienced staff of field consultants. Additionally, AlphaLink®,
the AlphaGraphics private intranet site, provides a database of FAQs, manuals, advertising
materials, technical updates and more. Territory
AlphaGraphics
grants protected territories encompassing a minimum 500 targeted businesses
with five or more employees. |
