Required
The
fee for a Great Wraps franchise is $22,500, with a discount for subsequent
locations and between April 1 and June 30, 2009. Great
Wraps provides the following range of investments required to open your initial
franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To the extent
that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your front-end
investment could be substantially reduced. On-going
Expenses
Great
Wraps franchisees pay a weekly royalty fee equal to 5.5% of net sales and a
weekly brand development marketing fee ranging from 0.5% to 3.5% of sales. What You Get—Training
and Support Franchisees
are required to participate in a comprehensive ten-day initial training program
at a designated company-owned store. During the training session, franchisees are
taught about various aspects of restaurant operation, including quality
control, ordering techniques and employee relations. Franchisees also receive
operational and management training. Great
Wraps provides site-selection assistance, and can adjust its store layout for
almost any location. A director of store development assists franchisees with
store construction, with eye toward reducing hassle, minimizing cost and
maximizing quality. Once a site has been selected and a design confirmed, a
store can be open and operating within 10-12 weeks. Franchisees
don’t need prior experience with food, and are taught everything they need to
know through the S.T.A.R. (Successful Training Achieves Results) training
program, which they have continued access to. Great Wraps, as the first wrapped
sandwich franchise, has more than 15 years of experience to tap into – making
for an excellent franchise support system. Franchisees receive low prices for
ingredients and supplies through group-buying contracts. In addition, Great
Wraps offers several marketing programs, including one for the grand opening,
and a comprehensive marketing manual. Territory
Great
Wraps does not grant exclusive territories. |
