This equipment includes a computer program that manages orders, cash flow and inventory, and enables the franchisees to monitor long-term trends and develop a database of marketing information.

The marketing package includes a grand opening promotion with step-by-step guidelines; high-quality marketing support materials for local use in television, radio and direct mail promotions; in-store point of purchase posters and specialty promotional items. Training also helps franchisees learn how to create an effective marketing plan and improve upon initial results. Franchisees will also be alerted to issues and events in the dry cleaning industry through a quarterly newsletter, and can exchange valuable assistance through the Martinizing Advisory Council.
