Ongoing Expenses

Mr. Handyman franchisees pay continuing franchise fees equal to 7% of gross sales plus continuing advertising contributions equal to 1.25% of gross sales.

What You Get—Training and Support

Mr. Handyman franchisees undergo a four to six week Right Start Training pre-opening program that covers everything from general business operations to marketing and advertising.

Additionally, franchisees spend one week of initial training at the Mr. Handyman corporate office in Ann Arbor. Franchisees have access to in-field training and ongoing support through our intranet site, toll free phone support, conference calls, regional meetings, conventions, and must-read publications. Mr. Handyman franchisees also have access to Toolbox, Mr. Handyman’s proprietary management software.

Territory

Mr. Handyman grants exclusive territories.
