MY GYM CHILDREN'S FITNESS CENTER's structured, age-appropriate weekly classes incorporates music, dance, relays, games, special rides, gymnastics, sports and other original activities. MY GYM kids have so much fun as they gain strength, balance, gross motor skills, agility, flexibility and social skills. Our programs' biggest benefit is the building of confidence and self esteem.
