Required
The
fee for an Entrepreneur’s Source franchise ranges from $49,000 to $200,000,
depending on whether the franchisee desires a single unit or regional office.
The
Entrepreneur’s Source provides the following range of investments required to
open your initial franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in
cash. To the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your
front-end investment could be substantially reduced.
The
Entrepreneur’s Source franchisees pay royalty fees ranging from 10-25% of gross
revenues, depending on the service, with royalty fees equal to 90% of gross
revenues forfranchisor development
services. Other fees payable by the franchisee include a brand-building
contribution equal to up to $750 monthly, and a fee for lead management of $100
per month.
What You Get—Training
and Support
Franchisees
are required to attend an initial training session at the E-Source Academy in Southbury,
CT. During the training session, franchisees are taught the required skills of
a consultant and coach through role playing activities, group exercises and
presentations. Franchisees are also introduced to marketing and sales
strategies. The initial training program consists of two phases of classroom
instruction over 11 days, which includes self-study assignments during and
after the sessions.
TES
national and regional support offices help franchisees grow throughout their
careers, with one-to-one coaching, tele-coaching, live training sessions and
national conferences. Franchisees are also provided ongoing technical
assistance and consultation and advice on products and operating procedures.
Territory
The
Entrepreneur’s Source grants a saturation maximum – TES will not place more
than one single unit per 500,000 population in a given area.
