We provide extensive training, including seven weeks of pre-training and nine days of classroom and field training. We are in touch and involved with the new franchisee a minimum of 195 days within the first year. With The Maids, you can build a great business and achieve the lifestyle you desire, all with nights, weekends and holidays off. The Maids is looking for individuals to join its franchise system. We are looking for people who want an executive experience. With The Maids you are working ON the business, not IN the business. Our franchise partners are not cleaning homes, and are building their business Monday through Friday- no nights, no weekends, and no holidays. The Maids ideal franchise candidate will have good management and business skills, and most importantly, great people skills.
