The Alternative Board (TAB) franchisee manages peer advisory boards of up to 12 owners, CEOs and presidents of privately owned, non-competing businesses. The franchisee chairs monthly group meetings, in which participants discuss the problems they face and the opportunities they encounter and receive feedback from other experienced businesspeople, as well as you, the facilitator. Franchisees also become certified coaches to provide one-on-one coaching and further assist members in achieving their desired success and goals.
TAB has helped businesses excel since 1990 by offering services such as strategic planning, advice for both business and personal issues, objective feedback, skill development and a confidential and supportive environment where business ideas flow and peers can hold each other accountable for their own businesses.
TAB provides nationwide exposure and local promotional assistance, making cold calls unnecessary. Additional members are gained through marketing campaigns and group informational meetings.
