Investment Required

The initial fee to purchase a Genghis Grill franchise is $35,000. Genghis grill provides the following range of investments required to open your initial franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your front-end investment could be substantially reduced.

Ongoing Expenses

Franchisees are required to pay ongoing royalty fees equal to 5% of net sales and advertising expenditures equal to 2.5% of net sales.

What You Get: Training and Support

Franchisees will be enrolled in a three-week initial training program to take place at company headquarters in Dallas, TX. The program consist of both classroom instruction and on-the-job training at an affiliate-owned restaurant in Dallas. New franchisees will also receive up to 14 days of on-site assistance at your location. Genghis grill will continue to offer advice regarding the operation of the franchise, as well as administer the brand development fund and conduct periodic inspections when needed.

Genghis Grill does not grant exclusive territories.
