What You Get: Training and Support

Seva provides an initial training program for new franchisees held at their corporate office in Highland Park, Illinois. The training is provided to one employee and one designated manager, and includes approximately twenty-two hours of videos, webinars, PowerPoint presentations, and collateral materials along with course testing and examinations contained within the web-based Learning Management system (LMS). In addition, Seva offers proprietary methodologies of hands-on and virtual hands-on teaching to facilitate understanding of the training content, known as Seva Academy. To supplement the training provided by Seva, one or more representatives from Glo Therapeutics, Inc., may provide five or more hours related to facials and related goods and services. Finally, Seva may suggest that the franchise owner and/or the general manager complete a day-long internship, shadowing the operations at another Seva Salon.
